NICE STAY WITH GOOD CONNECTION TO THE CITY CENTRE

Even it was a bit far away from the city centre, the U-bahn station (Gasometer) was 5 minutes from the hotel. In this way, you can reach quite fast any part of the city using the U3 line or the U3 and another one.

It was not possible to get a double - bed instead of 2 individual ones. However, this point was indicated during the booking process so we knew that it would happen depending on the availability. On the other side, even the room services were enough, furniture and equipment could be improved. I guess that in such a case, the price would get higher so it could loose their competitive and good price rates.

It was good.

Decent room, good location, decent price.

The towels were old (one was stained), pillows were small and stiff, the bed made us itchy (allergies or bed bugs?).

Have stayed in better, have also stayed in far worse.

It is a basic clean and tidy hotel. Easy to find. Transport links are good. Room was serviced daily, bed was comfortable. Decent shower. Overall an OK, mid budget, clean and tidy hotel. Not in the greatest of locations but easy transport links and probably cheaper than staying in the centre.

It feels like it is a converted office block and seems to be the only hotel in the area. Not much around the hotel, very much a residential area next to a main road and food shopping precinct Definitely had vibes of a budget type chain hotel. About 20 mins by bus or tram into Central Amsterdam.

Very Good

Everything else was great staff and friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and fresh. Location isn't too far from Caentral Amsterdam. Public transport links are great they don't run too late if you want to party, but taxis and users are easily accessible.

It would be nice to be able to take your breakfast to your room, it's nice to just want to have breakfast in bed while being away from the stresses of life.

The hotel is very nice. Clean. The beds were comfortable enough. The bathroom was the best part of the room! Really hot water with a lot of pressure. very very nice.

Location. You need around 20 min by bus or tram to get to the centre.

Great accommodation for a short city stay

The staff were attentive and informative, and always happy to help. Cleanliness was amazing throughout, and we did like the location being easy to access the town centre on transport (25 min bus/tram), however we would likely stay closer to centre if we came to Amsterdam again. The rooms were spacious, views were nice and furnishings were lovely, coffee machine a good addition.

I appreciate the lifts were being worked on to provide better/faster service for customers, but for ALL lifts to be turned off in the evening was not appreciated as the staircases are concrete and pretty much vertical - and my room was on floor 9 :(

They let us check in before 15h, the room was spacious and it was decently clean

Waiting a long time for the elevator. Initially they gave us a very small room where people were walking around the window on the 11th floor. The room smelled like sewage from the bathroom. After I complained they gave us a proper, big room

nice&affordable

decent and affordable hotel in comparison to other locations in Amsterdam, you can get cheap Uber to the city center from the hotel (5-10mins).

during our stay elevators were broken almost all the time (3days) and the stairs are quite steep, can be problematic for some people

Very Nice clean modern hotel, decent value for money on the room side if things would recommend for people who don’t want to be in the centre constantly

Male receptionist rude on arrival but on checkout a different male staff member on reception was very helpful and friendly. Location wasn’t very ideal for a group of lads.

Great stay, safe area with easy connection to all parts of the city.

Very clean, easy check in and out, good room service. Supermarkets, food chains, pharmacies and public transportation all within 5 minutes by feet. Very easy to reach from the airport.

Did not have a kettle as usually found in most hotels, so you couldn't make a tea or anything else warm.
